We have a range of dresses from various Designers that are available to order. Sizes range from a 0 to a 36. These dresses take approximately 12-16 weeks to arrive.

We also sell our sample gowns off the peg at a reduced price.

Can you reserve a dress for me?2020-04-14T11:04:00+01:00

For dresses bought off the peg, payment in full is required at the time of purchase. Dresses can be ordered by payment of a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

Can I leave a deposit and pay later?2020-04-14T10:58:20+01:00

Yes of course, deposits are 50% of the price of the dress at the time of order. All deposits are non-returnable and non-refundable. The balance of the gown falls due within 7 days of it arriving at the Boutique.

You need to be sure about your purchase at the time you buy. All gowns are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is common practise in the bridal industry.

Can I revisit if I can’t make my decision straight away?2020-04-14T10:58:55+01:00

Yes, of course, we are happy to welcome back our customers for as many appointments as they need. We understand that it is a huge decision and it is sometimes a difficult one to make. Just remember, you need to factor in the time it takes from ordering a dress to its arrival. Don’t leave it too late!

I love the dress but it doesn’t fit, what can I do?2020-04-14T10:59:15+01:00

Dresses will be ordered based on your measurements. They can be altered to fit. A dress that is too big can usually be altered down by a size or two. Seam allowances vary, so letting a dress out is looked at on a case by case basis.

Do you have an alterations service?2020-04-14T10:59:34+01:00

We recommend a local seamstress who has altered many dresses for our brides. Alteration appointments can be in store. However, Celia, the seamstress, is independent from us and we do not accept responsibility for any alterations undertaken.

Yes. The Boutique has parking for you and your friends and family to use.

We have an appointment service because it allows you time to view and try on the dresses without being disturbed. It also enables us to give you our full attention and to enjoy the experience of visiting the Boutique.

Is there only one dress or can I order a dress?2020-04-14T11:00:27+01:00

Most dresses are available to order. Depending on the stockists, they take about three months to arrive. We will advise you if this is different.

How long will my appointment be, can I bring someone with me?2020-04-14T11:00:43+01:00

We are happy to spend as long with you as you need, even if it means a second (or third) appointment. Appointments are scheduled two hours but can be shorter or longer, dependant on your needs.

Feel free to bring someone with you for that helpful second opinion. Of course, if we don’t have another bridal appointment after yours, you are welcome to stay as long as you like! And you can return to our Boutique as many times as you need.

Why no make-up or perfume?2020-04-14T11:01:04+01:00

Although the gowns you will try on are our samples, I want to keep them as perfect as possible for each bride. So, it is preferable that you do not wear make up or perfume. Most bridal stores do make this request. We sell our samples off too so we want to keep them perfect for those brides wishing to purchase them.

The worst offender is fake tan! Please DO NOT wear this when trying on any dresses.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and by bank transfer.

Payment plans are available. Just ask! We can split the cost of both your gown deposit and the final balance over a period of time to help you. We can also take a lower deposit and split the balance over 6-9 months.

What sizes are your sample gowns?2020-04-14T11:04:41+01:00

We have our sample gowns in various sizes from a size 12 up. We understand that not everyone is a size zero!

Will I be the only bride in the Boutique?2020-04-14T11:02:19+01:00

To be honest, it depends on what day you book. Our Boutique can serve two brides at a time and you have plenty of room for you and your bridal party. This tends to occur on a Saturday.

If you would prefer to be alone, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Making an appointment – when can it be?2020-04-14T11:02:39+01:00

We are open Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. We are also open for evening appointments and can be open on other days if you need us to be.

When to look for a gown?2020-04-14T11:02:58+01:00

We recommend you look at least 12 months before your Big Day to get a firmer idea of what you would like to wear. By 9 months before, you should be looking to order because it can take 6 months for a dress to arrive.

If you recommend a friend to visit our Boutique and they mention you on booking, we will ask them to complete our Recommendation Form at their appointment. You will then receive a Thank You Voucher.
