Covid-19 Company Policy & Procedures
We want you to feel safe and relaxed when you visit us. We also need to respect our staff and others who may be in the Boutique at the same time as you.
This revised policy will remain in place until such time as we advise you differently.
HAND SANITISING STATIONS
On arrival, we will welcome you into our reception area.
We have a hand sanitising station positioned in our Reception. We will be asking you to please continue to use these sanitisers when you arrive.
Masks are now a personal choice. If you would like to wear one and preferred that we did too, especially in the changing room, just let us know.
NO MORE THAN FIVE GUESTS PER BRIDE
We feel that our environment means that we need to continue with our request that you only bring FIVE guests with you to your appointment.
If you want to bring more people with you, please contact us IN ADVANCE of your appointment so we can plan for you and your party. Thank you.
You are welcome to use our complimentary WiFi and bring along your own devices to allow your wider bridal party to be with you ‘virtually’ via Facetime, WhatsApp, Zoom etc.
RIGOROUS CLEANING & SANITISING PROCEDURES
We will continue to fully sanitise the boutique on a regular basis, including the gowns.
If any of you have a temperature or any of the symptoms of Coronavirus, please DO NOT come to your appointment.
- Due to the fluidity of the Covid-19 situation, these points are subject to change and will be reviewed regularly.
- Each bride that books an appointment with us will receive an email with these points and more. Please make sure you read this email and if you do not receive it, let us know BEFORE you come to see us.
